The VSafe app is a vaccination tracking tool maintained in partnership with the Health & Safety team at Telecare.

• For up-to-date guidance on COVID-19 vaccination & exemption policy, please refer IC-1061 - COVID-19 Vaccine Requirements in Policy Manager.
• For up-to-date guidance on Flu vaccination & exemption policy, please refer HR-B-1011a - Mandatory Influenza Vaccination or Masking Program in Policy Manager.

COVID-19 and Flu exemptions are managed via an HR process. They cannot be entered directly in the VSafe app. Once HR has approved an exemption, it will automatically reflect in VSafe within 24 hours. To start the exemption process, email vaccination_exemption@telecarecorp.com
